Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at IONSTHERAPY.COM 
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

 

UK & Northern Ireland

We offer FREE UK & Northern  Ireland weekday delivery.
Deliveries take up to 5 working days to arrive after the order has been processed. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

EU, US & Rest of the World

Deliveries for products are charged at £9.99 per order, and will take 2-7 working days to arrive, depending on the location.  

Please note: All accessories ordered may come in separate deliveries.

 

Signed for deliveries
All orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be higher or equivalent. 

Failed deliveries
If you are away from the delivery address and a neighbour cannot sign for your delivery, then our chosen courier will contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery, or collection from the local depot.

The item will be returned to IONSTHERAPY HQ if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on three occasions.

Returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges to deliver the item back to us. You will need to re-order your item to have it re-shipped.

 

Incorrect delivery details
IONS THERAPY cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.

If you think that you have entered incorrect delivery details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number so that we can help to rectify the issue.
