How to use
Prep the Skin Clean and dry the targeted area where you'll apply the pads. Avoid oils or lotions before use.
Connect the Pads Attach the electrode pads to the lead wires and connect them to your IONS® EMNS device.
Place Precisely Position the pads symmetrically around the area of tension or discomfort for balanced stimulation.
Power On & Customize Turn on the device, select your desired mode and intensity. Start with a low setting and increase gradually.
Relax into the Session Sit or lie down comfortably for 15–30 minutes. Let the EMNS technology work its magic.
Remove & Store Gently peel off the pads after the session. Place them back on the provided plastic film and store in their resealable pouch to preserve stickiness.
